Once you've paid for your oder you will recieve an email confirmation


Each order will be shipped directly from the designer to each buyer. When purchasing from multiple designers please be advised that items will arrive seperately from each designer. 

We deliver each order directly from the designer straight to your door.

Cancellation Policy


Please note you can cancel orders within 30 minutes on your Afrolush account My Orders page. After 30 minutes you will have to contact the designer/seller for a return, exchange, or request a refund for your order depending on the designer's/seller's policies. To request a return, return label, a refund, or exchange, you need to contact your seller directly via your Afrolush account (via My Orders page). You have 14 days to alert the seller via your Afrolush My Orders page that you would like a refund and then you must return the goods to seller within another 14 days.  

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with the original labels still attached.

Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, unless in a sealed and unopened packet.

Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.

Shoes must be tried on indoors.

 
Please ensure you message the sellers via your Afrolush account My Orders page to clarify the below details:

  •  Where you should send the return

  •  What time frame does the seller wish to receive the return

  •  Who will be responsible for the cost of return postage, if not written in the shop's policies

  •  What delivery method to use

Afrolush Customer Support are all able to support in settling disputes if seller and buyer are unable to reach an amicable agreement.

Buyers can log disputes directly on their Afrolush account's My Orders page. Please log a dispute if you never receive your order,  your order is not as described by designer/seller or if your order is faulty.

If you have ordered via a Guest checkout, please retrieve your order confirmation email and clieck on the link on view order and proceed with the option to return.

 



 


We charge a 2.5% flat rate for service charge on all orders levied by our payment partners Stripe

Please be advised you can also contact the designer directly if you have any queries/disputes regarding your order. Please contact the designer you have placed your order with via "My Orders" and raise a query. This query will be recieved directly by the designer and Afrolush will also have access to the correspondence between you and the designer.

You can shop without creating an account. However creating an account is beneficial as it helps you track your orders and view past purchases, request an exchange or return directly from your account, manage your wishlist, save your address and payment details to streamline you shopping process.
